2. The Platform
VR Playground is an AI-powered 3D/VR sketch creation platform. Users describe scenes via text prompts; AI agents generate Three.js/WebXR sketches.
3. Your Account
Account created via email OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
4. Sketch Ownership & License
You retain ownership of sketches you create through your prompts and descriptions. By choosing to make a sketch public, you grant Padimai Pte Ltd an indefinite, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and make the sketch accessible to the public on the Padimai platform. You may revoke this license at any time by unpublishing or deleting the sketch.
5. Content & Conduct
Sketches must not contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Padimai reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Sketch Processing
Sketches are processed by AI agents. Processing times may vary. Padimai does not guarantee specific processing times or outcomes.
7. Deleting Your Content
You can delete your own sketches at any time from "My Sketches". Deletion removes the sketch, its assets, and conversation history.
8. Limitation of Liability
Padimai Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
