2. Information We Collect

• Email address — required for account verification and communication about your sketches
• Sketch prompts and descriptions — the text you provide to describe your 3D scenes
• Uploaded assets — images, models, and other files you upload for sketch creation
• Conversation messages — messages exchanged between you and the AI agent during sketch creation

3. How We Use Your Information

• Send verification codes
• Generate sketches from your prompts
• Communicate about sketch status
• Send Padimai announcements (only if you opted in)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Email Communications

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email service provider to send transactional emails including verification codes and sketch notifications. Your email address is shared with Brevo solely for the purpose of delivering these emails.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data stored on Google Cloud Platform. Measures: HTTPS encryption, HMAC-hashed verification codes (never stored in plain text), secure session management with CSRF protection.

6. Data Retention

Data retained while account is active. Verification codes expire after 5 minutes. You can delete your sketches at any time from "My Sketches".

7. Your Rights

Under Singapore PDPA: access personal data, request correction, withdraw consent. Contact info@padimai.net.

8. Cookies & Sessions

Session cookies only for login state and CSRF protection. Not used for tracking or advertising.

9. Changes to This Policy

May update from time to time. Changes posted on this page with updated revision date.
